We ship to the European Union, UK, and Switzerland. While we manage logistics to ensure a smooth delivery, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product meets local import regulations. For most EU orders, VAT is included in the final checkout price.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Only)
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, Kaplan Vault extends this to a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, with respect to mandatory EU consumer protection regulations.
